At Windmill Occasions we have a full service restaurant where we can cater for your food and host your
event. With seating for 50 people or 80 standing with a full service bar you know we can take care of all the arrangements for your guests,
regarding seating and food requirements




  I created and started Windmill Occasions after working for the Windmill Restaurant for several years, which has won multiple awards for creating stunning, mouth-watering and diverse dishes at its restaurant.

While with the Windmill Restaurant I have now decided to branch off and start my own catering business. Using my past knowledge, I want my new business, Windmill Occasions, to provide a catering service that has a fresh new spin on home-cooked food using local produce and great, reliable service.

For weddings and special occasions our team will arrange and set the tables at the venue on the morning or a day before the event.

• We can decorate each table and place name cards for each of you special guests
• Arrange and serve a welcome drink for your guests
• Place water and select wine on each of your guest’s tables
• Silver service and clear-away service
• Pour and serve toast drinks

Either call or email me and we can discuss your event in better detail with regards to numbers, location and type of food required. I prefer to sit down with my clients face to face so I can get a better understanding of your requirements to make your event run smoothly.

Allergens: All dietary requirements are requested at the time of final numbers for your event and we will prepare a list of allergens for your menu.
Tastings: Tasters can be available upon request.
Please give prior notice before your initial appointment.

On placing an order we will require a confirmation of the numbers of guests, menu choice and delivery address; once a deposit is received a confirmation of booking with all the details will be sent via email.

Any change of guest numbers must be confirmed via email no later than 5 days prior to the event. Any Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will be charged at the full rate.
A 30% non refundable deposit will be required at time of booking and the remaining balance at time of delivery.
Delivery is free for buffets booked for over 15 people within a 5 mile radius; otherwise a small charge will be added.
Deliveries further than 4 miles or which do not meet the minimum order of £50.00 will incur a charge.

Due to seasonal variation, and market availability our menus are subject to change without prior notice. If you require staff to be provided to serve at your function this can arranged, please ask for details.

Crockery, cutlery, serving dishes, glasses and table decorations are available for hire; please ask for pricing and more details.

A home visit can be arranged to discuss any aspect of bespoke menu design.

Menus can be completely vegetarian if required – please ask for details.
Optional waiting staff can be provided - please ask for details and prices.
